Dara Joy's books are fun to read, I like her Matrix of Destiny series, her heroes are really cute. Mine to Take is my favorite out of those three books . I probably would love Rejar more if the heroine were not so annoying. Her another futuristic, Ritual of Proof, is quite entertaining as well. But I am not so impressed by Dara's other books. For example, her historical one called Tonight or Never, which is, IMHO, one of the worst books I've ever read.

I recommend another futuristic author----Catherine Spanler. There are 5 books by her so far, all are of "Shiielder" series. I only read three of them and think they are pretty good. Her lastest book, Shadow Fires, is a very impressing and refreshing read for me. Have you ever read a book where the hero's boby is completely hairless from head to toe? For me certainly never! The Hero is not only bald-headed, but also a 40-year-old virgin.....for he is a leor, and they leors must not have sex before they wed, men amd women alike.

I love Dara Joy books! But I couldn't stand Ritual of Proof. But I loved Tonight or Never! I also love to read(after CF books) historic books. Opposites I know!!

Familiar Touch is a story about a female familiar named Soosha... She's like to explore worlds....and gets caught so to speak,..I haven't read it myself yet... But I am tempted to buy it,.. you can only get it on darajoys website,..This is her "self published book" She's in battle with her publicist/editor/publishing house... I'm am not clear on all the details but its there on her website.
