I like her contempories better. They are so funny. The Corset Diaries and Improper English are my favorites.

Richelle Mead is fantastic. I just finished all her succubus books and they are really good. I definitely would read them. Imps, demons, vampires, succubus. Really incredible. I even cried at the ending of the last one.

So far I have liked all of Richelle Mead's books. Even the Morganville Vampires which is geared toward the young adult. It is a very unusual vampire series. The whole town is vampire filled and when humans show up they either disappear, transfer schools in two years, or look to a vampire for protection. I would strongly suggest those to anyone. She has two more in that series coming out this year.
Her succubus series is outstanding too. Poor Georgina. A succubus in love with a mortal and said mortal does something that made me cry and made me angry.
I'm trying to get her other paranormal books now since I have to wait so long for her new ones.
If you liked the Corset Diaries you should check out Improper English. That is without a doubt the funniest book I have ever read. Followed by Men In Kilts, A Hard Days Knight, and Blow Me Down.
Her vampire series is good too but the one I liked the most was the last one. Have to wait until the next one comes out this year to find out what happens.
Kimberly Raye's Dead End Dating books are really quite good too. Born Vamps, Made Vamps, and mothers who are just as pushy in the vampire world as they are in the human world. Really hot incubus. And a vampire who runs a dating service. And is always in trouble. Go figure.
I have found so many new authors and books to read this year that when the new ones come out I'm not going to have time to do anything else. Good thing I read fast.
