Maybe I'm nuts, but I could have sworn that the term of enderment that he called her was the same exact one that Alexandr always called Abby in "Oceans of Fire". It's not a Carpathian word, but a Russian word. And it's one of love.

One of the other members said the same thing. I guess maybe you are both right.

I'm pretty sure it's a Russian term of endearment, at least it sounds Russian. Isn't Dimitri residing in Russia? & Dimitri is a Russian name. lol

Funny thing is that Dimitri is a Russian name and he also happens to live in Russia. So, the question is was he sent to protect Russia or is he an actual Russian Carpathian as the de la Cruz's are South American?

I think the De La Cruz's were sent to South American but they have been there so long they seem to have become South American. At least in that hot latin kind of way.

De La Cruz is a Latin surname though. Maybe Carpathians have races & nationalities like humans do.

Either of those could be correct. Dimitri used a russian endearment for "My love" and then a carpathian endearment and if I remember correctly he used the word for "My soul" if that answers the original question

Yeah i think that it is something along those lines of "my love". I'm 80% sure but i'll go grab my book to check.
