I wish we had a basement...that would be awesome...but we have a crawl space, our attic could be usable but we have to get steps to go up there and we havent done that yet... then put down flooring.... I have been wanting to do that too, that may become a summer project for us at this point because that would cost less than anything else we want to do in here.

We had a crawl space in our last house. This is the first basement we have ever had. It is nice to have too.
With a new baby on the way it probably would be nice for you to have that as some extra space.

yeah, just to be able to put stuff up there and have steps to have access to it at any time would be so nice.
I hope we can do that this year.

we were hot yesterday so I put up the blow up pool and the kids played in it for a while, but I didnt fill it up all the way, especially since it was the first time I filled it.....so after they were done playing in it I pulled the plug and emptied it. now it is still clean and ready to use again.
we got rain last night, then they cleared up by 8 this morning and the sun is out now, and we are going to be hot and muggy thru tomorrow and then the next chance of rain comes thru tomorrow night....I dont mind if it keeps raining at night and drys up during the day....LOL this way my grass and plants are getting watered for free and I dont have to go out and water anything.

I hope the kids had fun in the pool. I need to at least turn on the sprinklers for the kids. It is just way too hot here. They said our humidity is going to go up. Yay, not.
No rain here but we do have construction going on next to our neighbors house. They are building a house there finally. They were digging the basement last night and early this morning.

Max had fun, but he knows what it is like to be in a bigger pool now but Caitlyn really enjoyed herself so that was all that mattered really since Max left the pool and went in to watch tv...LOL
oh that has to be a mess to see them doing that construction. sorry about the heat though, we have one more day to deal with and then it cools down a bit.. or at least the humidity does...it was a muggy one today.

LOL Well I am glad Caitlyn had fun.
Luckily the house is insulated well so we don't really hear a lot from the construction site.
It was another hot one today. I am already tired of the heat.
